Migrate to latest version of metal-tools-soy #106

Removing from milestone v3.0.0 as this change can easily come later.

Using gulp-soynode when i'm passing bool as type of parameter, like the image below, i'm getting the follow error:

Probably this is caused by building via gulp-soynode, because Clay components is currently using metal-tools-soy and supports easily boolean parameters.
