First commit switches over to Yarn. Second commit updates linting dependencies and applies the necessary fixes. Most of the changes were required by the "sort-keys" rule, but there were two places where I suppressed the rule in order to keep the original ordering. I'll add comments in line so you can see where those are.
Could label this as "chore" or "feat" but I figure that moving to Yarn is somewhat of a feature in itself so went with that.
