Fix timestamp issue at @import css inline theme 6.2 #54

Checking the theme version is 6.2 to not include the timestamp in the @import of css files.

Hey @gcabrini thanks for the contribution, but I actually addressed this in 0e08dc90b0615887938a08ca75a5a703a11753ac by just removing that check in the patterns array for 6.2 themes, as well as some tests.
