appdata: Use appstreamcli for appdata validation #142

appstream-util is obsoleted by appstreamcli.

Thank you for your contribution. I'm currently working on a rewrite of the application from scratch with a lot of changes in new repository: https://gitlab.com/liferooter/textpieces-gnome, so this repository won't be used anymore and will be archived after finishing the new version, but I see no reason to reject your PR, even if the repository is quite... frozen.

Also thank you again, because now I know that appstream-util is obsolete by appstreamcli and will use the second one in the new repository :)
