Chris and Amiee have been married for 20 years and have two wonderful children, Kylee (18) and Cree (1)3. Amiee is from Utah and has been a nail technician for 17 years. She enjoys having a career where she can work from her home salon, as it helps with taking care of their daughter’s specific needs. She also enjoys the close relationships she has formed over the years with her many clients, which has given her the opportunity to share the love of Christ. Amiee enjoys gardening, baking and cooking, spending time with family, and diving into God’s Word. Chris is originally from Florida, but moved out to Utah at a young age. Growing up, he spent time in both states. He has worked in pediatrics at the University of Utah for the past 9 years. Prior to this, he worked in law enforcement for 11 years. He is also currently enrolled at Utah Valley University as a full time student, studying Emergency Management. The Connell family loves animals, getting together with friends, and serving at Lifestone. They started attending Lifestone in 2016 after being invited by some close friends. They recognized right away the closeness they felt among the church family at Lifestone. Shortly after they started attending, they gave their lives to Christ. They have been witness to the way Jesus has changed their family from the inside out, and it’s a special joy for them to witness it occur within their children. They joined a LifeGroup soon after they started attending Lifestone. They have really enjoyed being part of a LifeGroup family and being able to open up and learn in a safe environment. They feel it's a comfortable setting to be able to ask the sometimes difficult questions and encourage others, and helps in discovering the way God’s word works within our daily lives. They look forward to sharing the light of Christ with others as LifeGroup leaders.
