Are you jailbroken? If not this is why, apple restricts non-jailbroken devices 
from
seeing out of your user directory.

Actually this is due to newer jailbreak methods not registering afc2, there is 
a new
issue to address this concern.

i have the same problem... it doesn't recognise, that my iphone 2G is 
jailbroken.

How can you fix it? (i have OS 3.1.2 and itunes 9.0.1)

How do u fix this problem?? PLEASE someone tell me, my cydia crashed and this 
seems like the only way to get it fixed but none of the var, lib, apt files r 
there, just those, deff jailbroken, pls help
