What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Program exist since it does not see phone. XP does see phone in explorer.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ver. 1.9.1.0 - Windows XP SP3

Not enough information.

Please try v1.9.3 to support latest iTunes
