What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install iphonebrowser 1.9.3
2. Confirmed afc2add installed
3. Service.plist includes entire <key>com.apple.afc2</key> dict
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting filesystem access, does not recognize connected device,
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iphonebrowser 1.9.3 on win xp sp3, itunes 9+, iphone 3g 3.1.2, redsn0w
jailbreak

Have followed all suggestions from user, still does not detect device or
filesystem
