refactor: using header store for setting page titles

This moves the setting of widget page the title to the pages themselves and outside of the NavigationHeader component.

The remaining Routes and Route components in NavigationHeader should be swappable for the useMatchRoute hook if we move to use the Tanstack Router in future.

I've testing the pages and title rendering as I've moved each route.

• navigationRoutes.activeTransactions
• navigationRoutes.transactionExecution - with different title for subvariant === 'custom'
• navigationRoutes.transactionDetails - with different title for subvariant === 'custom'
• And home (MainPage.tsx) - with different title for subvariant === 'custom' and subvariant === 'refuel'
