Fix settings location #17

Hello, thank you for providing this plugin

The current (stable) version of Sublime Text 2 does not load the settings file from the User/AutoCopyright/.. directory. I'd suggest to place it directly in the User folder instead.

Are you using a different ST2 version, or do you have an old configuration file in the User folder?

Yep, looks like I've been doing things the way that you're suggesting and just hadn't gotten that into the tests. Thanks!
