As a user, I want to view the neighborhoods available in the Manifest network so that I can select the one I want to utilize.

• [x] Should hide Flows from left side menu.
• [x] Should hide Billing from left side menu.
• [x] Should display all neighborhoods available in Neighborhoods section (formerly dashboard).
• [x] Should display what services are available in each neighborhood (can be hardcoded to start).
• [x] Should enable users to select a neighborhood.
• [x] Should be demoed.

Notes:

• For the demo version should it already start with the 'demo neighborhood' selected which contains ledger and kvstore?
• Drop-down add a neighborhood to be a separate issue.
