Footnotes and references (a,b...y,z,a,b)->(a,b...y,z,aa,ab) and (skip empty one's) #266

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Footnotes and references
2. slide left to another verse, slide left to another verse,... 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

1. In Psalm 119 numbering goes from a-z and then again from a-z in the same 
Psalm. Look at the picture (KJVA module). Can this be done from a-z and then 
aa, ab, ac?

2. slideing left to another verse is boring, because there are lots of empty 
Footnotes and references. Could this empty verses be skipped when you slide 
left or right.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AndBible 2.1.11 on Samsung Galaxy Sii with Android 5.0.2

Please provide any additional information below.

I would also add that reference 119:0 is not accessible when you slide from 
left or right or vice verse.
":0" reference is available only if you slide to the end of Psalm, then slide 
to beginning of the same Psalm. Then only you can press and hold and reference 
:0 is shown. Then you can normally slide left or right between Footnotes and 
references.
