White planet

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. INTERMITTENT...Sleep Mode, or switching tasks

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-Background is okay, Earth & moon turn white
-If i reload the Wallpaper, the images show, but the moon will not go behind 
the earth (moon stays in front of the Earth as it orbits), until i reset the 
phone (images are okay after that, until next failure)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-EarthLive version 1.3.8
-Samsung Moment with noobl's Radioactive FroYo v.1.8.6
-LauncherPro (same thing happens with HelixLauncher)
-Advanced Task Manager

Please provide any additional information below.
-(I have reloaded the Map Pack twice)
-Have screen set to RealTime Earth with moon 
-Background3 with animated starfield
-Animated Background
-Refresh set to 30 minutes
-Plenty of RAM left.

I am having the same problem on my lg vortex. Please contact me if there is a 
fix for this at n_sisco@yahoo.com. This is very cool but if it won't work I 
will be deleting the app.

Same here, on GS3. Downloaded both versions of earthrot plus the map pack. Some 
planets show up white, others as checkered balls.... It seems very random,
