What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tap on the 'new tab' button to show a text-list of open tabs
2. Tap on the text of the open tab to switch to open tab
3. Tap on the 'new tab' button instead to open a new tab (should work on a 
quick double-tap as well)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is currently no functionality for this.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 2.1, HTC Hero, Version 0.3.5

Please provide any additional information below.
