Enhancement: Please create an additional option for toolbars' visibility. #20

I'd like to have the option for the address bar and bottom bar to stay visible 
until the page is fully loaded, then disappear after the preset amount of time, 
as it currently works.

This was supposed to be the behavior... In fact, currently bars will hide 
randomly between when the page is loaded and the preset amount of time. I've 
changed this in r205, i'll try it for some times to check if its correctly 
fixed.
