My cheap android tablet doesn't have any volumen button, so it is impossible to 
do zoom out (only zoom in, with double tapping). I think it is useful to have 
some graphical buttons to zoom.

Yes I also got stuck with full zoom. Although I have volume buttons and they do 
work, they are located in the middle of my palm when holding the phone. So they 
are quite inconvenient.

A suggestion: Hold to initiate zoom.
Start by holding for a short while on a non-link area. This would trigger the 
zoom mode and be active until you lift your finger. In the Zoom mode you drag 
your finger up or down to zoom out or in.
