Bug jsTree and overlayScrollbars #251

Hi When I use jstree and overlayScrollbars together the minified js file did not work but when I remove each one the minified file works correctly. I tested this case many times an I get this error in the developer tools console :

Uncaught TypeError: options.component.biTree.jstree is not a function at HTMLDocument.
