use latest build image (VS2022) to get NET 8 SDK
release build with ContinuousIntegrationBuild = true

If there would be a chance of a new release, it should also automatically support source linking with GitHub as it's now built-in with NET 8 SDK. Currently the published package is lacking it (applies to both this and Sass which was also updated):
