Added Description property to Template Info dialog #11

This should hopefully fix #7

Also added colons to end of all properties while adding the XAML.

I tested on local machine, but you might want to try and work your magic on final process before releasing update.

@shaggygi I've released it. I didn't update version number yet though. I have a few more fixes and then I'll increase version number and put out another release.
