[breaking]: Change Definitions folder to _Definitions #11

We should update the name of the folder from Definitions to _Defintions. By doing this it will appear at the top of the list of folders/files.

Implemented with commit f8f49d5abad3f02fc7a562fd34a1b09026d0cf25.

_Note: After installing template-builder with this change you should Clean your project to get rid of unnecessary files in the obj\ folder_
