Create a more attractive and informative frontend to user #14

Start with WHY?

Why do we need to do work? (Who is requesting this work?) Currently the frontend is just naked html smushed to the left side of the webpage. It needs to be clothed and given a structure. Also the data that can be shown to the user is not fully there. This issue is to create a good looking front end that provides all the appropriate data a user needs.

What is the issue? What needs to be resolved?

Any other notes / resources to share?

-Look into using bootstrap 5 for styling and structure. -Also look into JavaScript to writing a countdown timer for the map rotations. When a timer finishes it's countdown, reload the page so data is current.
