Document how to use sbt plugin to resolve a dbuild dependencies #10

We need documentation on how projects can debug against dbuilds, resolving artifacts and what not.

Perhaps look into using the sbt-site plugin and pushing to github pages...

Yep, this is done: the documentation concerning "dbuild-setup" and so on is part of the general documentation. Closing.
