Preparing 0.5.1 release #24

This set of commits, together with the previous pull request #23, should take us to the next dbuild 0.5.1 release.

Ok, this LGTM. merge whenever you feel comfortable.

Just a few concerns around GIT, but we can flush those after release and issue 0.5.2 if needed.

I also think JGIt integration may be a good minor spike, but let's try to focus on getting SBT working ASAP for next release :)
