New features:

pgp signing
much better detection of missing dependencies
new section for global build options
better control over cross-version, in order to adapt it to ongoing development as well as to release/deploy
new "exclude" clause in the Scala build system, used to hide artifacts (will be useful while xml etc are moved out)

Ok, this looks great to me! A few minor comments we clean up for 0.6.2 if necessary. Can't wait for 0.6.1!
