Refactorings to meta-data.

• Try to give things better names
• Isolate UUID generation to the metadata project (as much as possible)
• Pave the way for rapid metadata changes (w/ tests)
• Try to get better information to the right interfaces.

I think the next step of project-specific repos will be useful.

On the giving better names to things, the ProjectRef to Artifact rename also seems good to do now.

For project specific, I'm working on artifactory push code when a build is finished, and checking before building for artifact metadata file....
