Fix hadoop mirror issues with hadoop version #99

Tests fail: https://ci.lightbend.com/job/mit-docker-test-ref/684/ Reason is that hadoop updates versions and keeps at mirror site only one version per branch 2.x.x. This PR makes things configurable.
