@paterczm Take a look and make sure this is what you had in mind. Descriptions will be displayed based on what is selected. Most provide a relevant link to the user doc.
If there is somewhere else that we're supposed to store static content or if there were any i18n requirements, I didn't come across them. So, sticking in the JS for now.
