Create a OpenShift v3 json manifest & Kubernetes YAML manifest #11

We could create create an example using the docker container of this repository using OpenShift v3 ( https://github.com/openshift/origin/tree/master/examples/hello-openshift ) and for Kubernetes as well (AFAIK OpenShift could generate the YAML from the OpenSHift JSON manifest) (https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/kubernetes/blob/master/examples/walkthrough/pod-with-http-healthcheck.yaml)
