RDBMS backend specs with subset of scenarios #13

Basics:

data types
data structures
field mapping

Scenarios for:

simple field mapping
PK generation in a trigger
PK generation via sequence (controlled by lightblue)
array of strings with a PK
array of strings without a PK

Stubbed out but not complete:

2D array - self explanatory..
dilution - fewer tables than data structures in lightblue
merge - more tables than data structures in lightblue
pl/sql - calling out to stored procs

@bserdar this is ready for review. I'll do work for incomplete scenarios in a separate branch and fix things in this PR before submitting a PR for those.
