Add specs book links and removed language/rest specs #74

Just to mention in this PR, the new repository with the moved content is the https://github.com/lightblue-platform/lightblue-docs-specs and you can see it online on the link http://jewzaam.gitbooks.io/lightblue-specifications/content/ (might change this link to use the lightblue's cname)

CNAME request for specs.docs.lightblue.io is submitted as of last week, gitbook config will be updated when it's available.
