Charts from Skyvector not availble - Status sais "0" #418

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Try to import SkyVector Charts in Settings, Settings > Change Theme > Use Map Server
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: SkyVector loads (or shows "1")
Instead: nothing happens (Status "0")

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GMapCatcher 0.8.0.5 // Win 8.1

Sorry, Skyvector don't want us to use their maps offline.
