default_targets and checkpoints

• snakemake >=6.15 feature default_targets is inconsistent with unit testing model and is now filtered from all test output
• checkpoints are folded into the rules. handling logic: unit tests are emitted and probed for missing checkpoints; if any are found, they are added into the unit test content and the probe is repeated
• snakemake --allowed-rules permits the pytest infrastructure to truly limit how far back in the DAG snakemake can evaluate; because of this, the content written to the unit test workspace is restricted to simply the output of any dependent rules (from rules., checkpoints, or --include-entire-dag at this time)
