Some small things you're probably already aware of:
Martian plants don't have an item model, and they show up twice in the creative menu: once in Northstar Blocks and once in Northstar Items. This means that they show up twice in the search bar.
I also think there's a typo in the item id and item name Laser Lense, lens should be spelled without an E if that's what you're going for.
