Can't craft Temperature Regulator #52

To craft a Temperature Regulator to cool down the Ice Box and, finally, to make oxygen to go to space you need an Advanced Circuit, which requires Martian Steel Ingots and Polished Lunar Sapphires. How do I go to space and get them if I can't go to space because I need oxygen?

Use an oxygen concentrator on the earth or any space with oxygen to get oxygen gas which you can then pump into an oxygen filler and fill a space suit
