Updates demo.cpp and auto-generated bindings to match https://github.com/lightningdevkit/rust-lightning/pull/1584 which isn't really all that important for C/C++, but we'll want in Java, and otherwise we have to maintain a ldk-c-bindings branch just for Java to build demo.cpp to make genbindings.sh happy.
