Update bitcoin library #125

Update it to 0.30.2 (from 0.29), as ldk is now using that version.

Yes, we will def. need to do that as part of the LDK 0.0.119 upgrade.

Right, this has to come with LDK 0.0.119, and cannot come earlier. I guess there is no need for separate tracking, closing.
