LDK Dev Meeting Time in Contributing.md inaccurate #1836

The LDK-Dev meeting is scheduled for 1700 UTC but the CONTRIBUTING.md file lists it as being at 1900 UTC (I think the time was changed 4/5 months ago). Can I get confirmation that LDK-Dev meetings are every other Monday at 1700 UTC? I can make the change in the CONTRIBUTING.md file if that's the case
