Update falafel dependency repo in mobile docs #1329

The repo for the falafel dependency mentioned in this file does not work with the build steps outlined in this file; running make ios fails as github.com/halseth/falafel only goes to v0.5 and v0.6 is the minimum required version of falafel when running make ios at this time.

github.com/lightninglabs/falafel appears to be more up to date and maintained and I'm assuming that's the repo that is meant to be used.

This PR simply updates the repo for the falafel dependency to github.com/lightninglabs/falafel in the mobile/README.md file.
