Mine at least 3 blocks on opening a channel

When opening the channels it seems that 3 instead of 1 block needs to be generated so that the channel is listed in listchannels.

I confirm on my side as well: if I do not mine at least 3 blocks, lncli-alice listchannels report an empy array.

I ran into this same problem, seems this fix has not been published to http://dev.lightning.community/tutorial/01-lncli/ yet?
