Increase block generation to 6 for multi-hop #21

Channels take 6 blocks to be fully announced.

Hi @r0zar first, thanks for fixing and your PR!

Second, this is a duplicate of PR #20 which correctly increases the blockgeneration also for the second channel. Your PR only increases the first channel. So please consider closing this and let's get #20 merged.
