new flags for running with btcd
instructions for bitcoind / ZMQ
instead of "kek" --rpcuser + --rpcpassword value "REPLACEME" is used
remove noencryptwallet from the sample lnd.conf for security reasons and to not suggest insecure settings, see: https://github.com/lightningnetwork/lnd/pull/612#discussion_r164283763
