multi: bump btcec/v2 and btcutil to new versions #36

Hmm, this seems to have discovered a race condition in aperture caused by the websocket proxy. Going to investigate.

No worries. I created this with the intention of bumping LiT to btcec/v2 too. But that's just way too involved before lnd 0.15.0 is out. So we'll probably wait a bit with this as well. But thanks for giving it a first review and testing it! Good to know that nothing breaks with the new EC library :tada:
