version+README: update LiT, Taproot assets, Loop & LNC versions #657

This PR updates LiT to version v0.12.0-alpha. This PR also updates the integrated taproot assets daemon to version v0.3.0-alpha 🎉:fire::rocket:!!

Furthermore, this PR also updates the loop dependency to v0.26.4-beta, as well as lightning-node-connect to v0.2.7-alpha.
