This PR also bumps lnd to v0.17.3-beta, loop to v0.26.6-beta and taproot-assets to v0.3.2-alpha, and adds the new included protos.
I'm still awaiting confirmation if we need to increase the minimum required lnd version in remote mode to v0.17.1-beta due to the new taproot-assets release, or if we can keep it at v0.16.0-beta. I will request PR reviews once that's been confirmed!
