Required for litecoin fork of lnd v0.9.0.

TODO: fill in cfilter hashes for litecoin in chainsync/filtercontrol.go. According to roasbeef there is a rpc in bitcoind which will allow this, but can't find this!

I have done the very thing I hate! (when accidentally creating a PR with upstream instead of your master branch)
