build: update btcd #242

Updates btcd. When https://github.com/btcsuite/btcwallet/issues/787 has been resolved, btcutil can be removed as an indirect dependency.

Would it be possible to get maintainer approval for CI? While it seems to build and test fine locally, it´d be helpful making sure it passes all tests there as well before marking ready for review

Looks like a go mod tidy in each module folder will patch up the go.sum files, but I think the btcwallet modules will get updated first anyway.
