Adds an onBeforeUnload event that Tools can listen to and run code before they get unloaded.

gets emitted to a Tool main view if the Tool is reloaded
gets emitted to all Tool iframes (including assets) if the Moss page or an WAL window page is reloaded
gets emitted to all Tool iframes (including assets) if Moss is quit
