uses semver logic to determine file system paths
switches to using minor version in order to have stable databases for dogfooding
rename identifier to org.lightningrodlabs.we-alpha
added factory reset option
fixes csp policy to have icons show up properly in devhub
depends on a fork of scoped-elements/golden-layout to have some minimal styling improvements
