in a arena map the kit cooldown is not work,people can unlimited use kit command.

You need to set a cooldown on the kits, and what permission have you given them? They need kits, kit and kit.kitname

Do you set the settings KitCooldownResetOnDeath true /KitCooldownResetOnDeath to false?

If you ask me then yea, It even displays the cooldown at random times and if it says etc 648280 it could take 2 min and the time is over and they can use the kit 2-3 times before the cooldown kicks inn again and stays for a few secounds EDIT: No have that disabled
