BREAKING: support multiple downloads with '--threads' #34

PR for v7.0

Adds --threads to support download and executing on multiple episodes concurrently
Large changes to how logging is done to support any number of async events
The archive is checked for all targeted episodes at the start of the script instead of upon download attempt
Check on start for an options that require ffmpeg
Remove --ignore-episode-images, add --include-episode-images and default to false
